Description

Supporting profile
Technical Field
The invention relates to a support profile for producing a building structure system, in particular for a building structure of a fair, exhibition or shop, which is provided on the outside with longitudinally extending grooves for connecting further support profiles or structural components of the building structure system, wherein a receiving box for a clamping device is provided in the central region thereof, which is combined to form a first attachment piece, which is inserted onto a guide rail facing the inside of the support profile and is held in the axial direction by a locking device, which is inserted into a bore through the guide rail.
Background
Supporting profiles of this type are known from DE-U29821204. The profile is a hollow profile, wherein an accessory block is always inserted on the front side and is fixed in the axial direction, the accessory block having an axially extending box for receiving at least one clamping device, which box in turn can be used for: the front side of the supporting profile is fixed in an outer extension groove of a further supporting profile of the same or similar type.
The support profile according to the prior art has a relatively low weight, since it is provided with the attachment piece only on the front side and the remaining part is a cavity.
Such building structures are often required for construction of expos and exhibitions and sometimes shops: they are provided with an angular arrangement of the supporting profile, which is not possible with the above-described type of supporting profile. Other known support profiles cannot be used directly for this construction.
Disclosure of Invention
The object of the invention is therefore to further develop a support profile of the type mentioned at the outset in such a way that additional possibilities are provided for use and an aesthetically pleasing configuration is achieved.
In order to solve this problem, an end disk is provided on a support profile of the type mentioned at the outset, which end disk is adapted to the cross section of the support profile and is intended to be seated on the front end of at least one opening of the support profile and to be connected to an attachment block. In this way, a simple embodiment is obtained.
In the configuration according to the invention, the end disc can be formed as a shaped part with a concave arch section which is adapted to the outer arc section of a circular support profile. In this way, the end connections of the round profiles to one another can be realized without an unsightly gap and without the need for the complicated task of installing counterweights during assembly. The end disc is firmly seated at the front end of the relevant supporting profile and, in a further configuration of the structure, the profile may also have a through-hole for passing a clamping device which then effects the fixing of the supporting profile in the outer groove of another supporting profile. In this case, it is shown that the clamping device, which is held axially inside the supporting profile by the attachment piece described in the introduction, can also be used to hold the end disk on the front end of the supporting profile. If the clamping device is inserted into an outer groove of another supporting profile, the end disk is simultaneously clamped together firmly by the clamping process, so that the end disk only needs to be fixed specifically to the front end of the profile when the relevant supporting profile does not receive the clamping device.
In a further embodiment of the invention, the end disk can also be provided with a hinge part for connecting to a further supporting profile. The hinge part may consist of a first disk extending perpendicularly with respect to the end disk and having a central opening, and a second disk connected to the first disk by a threaded rod acting as a pivot, the second disk being provided with fastening means for a further supporting profile. This configuration makes it possible to achieve a hinged connection of the end faces of the two supporting profiles to one another when the second disk is connected to the other end disk.
In a further embodiment of the invention, the second disk is provided with a holding section for insertion into a longitudinally extending groove of the other supporting profile, which makes it possible to connect a supporting profile to the first supporting profile in an articulated manner.
In order to provide an aesthetically pleasing covering of the outside of the disk used as a hinge, in a further embodiment of the invention, a hemispherical part is provided for laterally covering the disk, wherein the hemispherical part has a threaded central opening and can be screwed with the thread onto the thread of the end of the screw which passes through the disk.

Detailed Description
Fig. 1 to 4 show a first embodiment of the present invention. Here, two supporting profiles 1 with a circular cross section are provided, which are provided on their outer circumference with longitudinally extending grooves 2 and in the region of their flared front ends with an inserted attachment piece 3, which is held in its axial position by screws 4 inserted into corresponding bores. The attachment block 3 serves for fastening an end disk 5, which is fastened to the front side of the support profile 1 by means of screws 6 screwed into holes 7 of the attachment block 3. A web rising perpendicularly to the disk surface and having a disk-shaped end 9 is fastened to the end disk 5, which disk, as can be seen in particular from fig. 3, is provided with a central opening 10. In this central bore 10, a threaded rod 11 is passed, which is provided at least at its two ends with a thread and serves to bring two disk-shaped end portions 9 of two end disks 5, which are each mounted in the manner described above at the front end of a supporting profile 1, into rotatable connection with one another. A nut 12 holds the two discs 9 together. Here, in order to enable assembly without tools, a wing nut can also be used instead of the nut 12. For aesthetic reasons, the outer faces of these disks may each be covered by a hemispherical element 13 which is screwed onto the thread of the screw 11 by means of a threaded portion 14 provided in the interior thereof. The structure shown in fig. 1 thus enables two supporting profiles to be connected in an articulated manner by means of end plates arranged in a corresponding configuration.
Figures 5 and 6 show a variant of the configuration shown in figure 1. The disk 9 of an end disk 5 'is connected to a disk body 15 (fig. 5), the end disk 5' having a smaller diameter in the embodiment shown in fig. 6 than the end disk 5 of fig. 1 to 4, but the webs 16 of the disk body 15 are not fastened to an end disk. The web 16 interacts with a clamping block 17, which is held rotatably on the side of the web 16 by a screw passing through the opening 18 and an associated nut 20. Two clamping screws 21 are screwed into threaded holes 22 of the clamping blocks 17, each of which can press the free edge 17a of the clamping block away from the free edge 16a, the latter being provided with an outwardly projecting bulge, so that, as is directly apparent from fig. 6, the clamping blocks are first pushed into the open side of the groove 2 and then spread apart laterally, so that the parts 17 and 16 are clamped in the groove. In the embodiment of fig. 6, supporting profiles 1 and 1' with different diameters can be connected in an articulated manner in this way.
Fig. 7 and 8 show embodiments similar to fig. 1 and 6, respectively, but with the difference that: the supporting profiles 1a and 1 a' provided here have a square cross section, and for this reason the end discs 5a placed at their ends are also square. In this case, the supporting profile 1 a' has smaller dimensions. But furthermore the structure of the hinge corresponds to the structure in fig. 1 and 2 or the configuration in fig. 5 and 6. It is likewise possible for the end face 5a or 5a 'with a square cross section to be connected to the end face 5 or 5' via a hinge (disk 9), so that the supporting profile 1 or 1 'with a circular cross section can also be connected to the supporting profile 1a, 1 a' in an articulated manner.
Fig. 9 shows a further construction, in which two horizontally oriented supporting profiles 1 with a circular cross section are fastened to a vertically oriented supporting profile 1, in a manner known per se: in the center box 23 with a rectangular cross section, a clamping device is inserted, as described in DE-U29821204, for fixing the horizontal supporting profile 1 in the groove 2 of the vertical supporting profile 1. In order to avoid the horizontal support profile 1, which is mounted on the curved surface of the vertical support profile 1, from leaving an unattractive wedge-shaped intermediate space and thus from being insufficiently stable, an end disk 24 is provided, as shown in fig. 10 to 12, which is designed as a profiled part with a concave arch 25. As shown in fig. 11 and 12, the end disk 24 has a central opening for the passage of the clamping device and a screw-through opening 27 on each side of the opening, which screw can then be screwed into the opening 7 of the attachment piece 3, as described for the end disk 5 with reference to fig. 4. The end disc 24 can be connected in this way with the associated support profile 1. It should be noted, however, that such fixing by means of screws is not absolutely necessary when the clamping device is inserted into the supporting profile with the end disc 24 placed therein in the manner described above. The clamping device, which is then fixed in the axial direction in the attachment block 3, interacts with the bore 26 as a stop in the case of a corresponding design and in this way holds the end disk 24 on the front end of a support profile 1 without special fastening by screws. If the supporting profile 1 is arranged horizontally as in the exemplary embodiment shown in fig. 9 and is anchored in the groove 2 by means of a clamping device, the concave arch section 25 of the end disk 24, which is designed as a profile, is also fixed by this fixing process and the end disk is also pressed firmly against the front end of the supporting profile 1 and is locked. Of course, also here considered are: the end disk 24 has a square cross section, so that the support profile 1a, 1a 'with a square cross section can also be connected at right angles to the support profile 1, 1' with a round cross section.
Fig. 10 and 12 also show a variant. A sleeve-like attachment 28 is shown in dashed lines, which can be part of the end disk 24, and which, in a manner known per se, enables the end disk 24 to be locked to the front end of the respective supporting profile by means of screws which are screwed laterally in the direction indicated by the dashed lines 28 in fig. 10.
The structure according to the invention therefore opens up possibilities for variants for the assembly of the support profiles, which can be used in particular in fairs, exhibitions or shop buildings for new structural solutions.
