Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a slider with a locking mechanism used in a general type slide fastener, and more particularly, to a slide fastener slider with a locking device in which a slider locking action of a plate spring with a locking pawl can be effected by lifting or lowering a pull tab.
Background
In a conventional slide fastener slider with a locking mechanism of the type disclosed in published Japanese patent publication No.10-99107 as shown in FIG. 12, protruding pieces 12 ', 17' are provided on the front and rear portions of an upper plate 4 'of a slider body 1', and a cam portion 27 'provided on a pivot of a tab 3' is fitted between the two protruding pieces 12 ', 17', and then a plate spring 2 'is provided on the upper surface of the cam portion 27'. The leaf spring 2 ' is substantially inverted U-shaped and has a locking pawl 8 ' at one end and a depending tab 9 ' at the other end. An engaging member 24 'is provided in a center substrate so as to be inclined from the center substrate, and has an engaging portion 25' bent from a front end thereof. The leaf spring 2 'has a construction in which the drooping piece 9' is mounted on the guide post 6 'of the slider body 1' and an opening 26 'near the locking pawl 8' is provided on the protruding piece 17 'on the rear portion of the upper plate 4' so as to be freely movable. Then, the engaging portion 25 'of the engaging piece 24' is placed inside the protruding piece 12 'provided on the front portion of the upper plate 4'. When the tab 3 is lifted, the engagement portion 25 'of the engagement member 24' can be engaged with the engagement portion 13 'in the protrusion 12' on the front side portion.
According to japanese utility model publication No.59-38884, a pair of tab holding posts are protrudingly provided on front and rear portions at the center of the body upper plate, and a pivot of a tab is rotatably mounted on the body. The pivot of the pull tab is provided with a cam portion on which a plate spring is placed. The leaf spring is generally U-shaped and has a locking pawl at one end and a depending portion at the other end. An engaging member provided at a front end of the hanging-down portion is engaged by snap action with an engaging portion provided in a diamond-shaped portion of the body, and then a shoulder portion provided in a middle portion of the plate spring is engaged with a projecting portion guide surface on a front portion of the upper plate, whereby the shoulder portion can be swung along the guide surface.
Since the plate spring 2 ' is mounted on the guide post 6 ' of the slider body 1 ' by crimping (crimping) in the aforementioned slide fastener slider with a locking device shown in fig. 12, the interval between the upper plate 4 ' and the lower plate 5 ' connected in a substantially U-shape is increased relative to the guide post 6 ' by the deformation of the guide post 6 ', and thus the fastener stringer cannot be properly guided between the upper plate 4 ' and the lower plate 5 '. Further, the plate spring 2 'moves forward of the guide post 6' when curled, thereby deviating the mounting position. As a result, the locking pawl 8 ' comes into close contact with the wall surface of the pawl hole, and the locking pawl 8 ' cannot be retracted from or advanced into the chain monomer guide groove 19 '.
Further, since in the slide fastener slider with a locking device according to japanese utility model publication No.59-38884, the shoulder portion of the plate spring moves along a guide surface toward the vertical direction and the front and rear directions in a circular trajectory while the tab makes a lifting motion, the shoulder portion rides on the guide surface when it moves forward, so that the plate spring cannot follow the motion and cannot return to its original position when the tab falls down.
Disclosure of Invention
The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and it is an object of the present invention to provide a slide fastener slider with a locking device, in which when a plate spring with a locking pawl is mounted on a slider body, the plate spring is mounted not by curling but by rapid press-fitting, whereby a stable state can be maintained for a long period of time and smooth sliding can be performed.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a slider for slide fastener with a locking device, which can prevent a leaf spring from being separated from a slider body, thereby making it possible to always maintain the leaf spring in a stable state.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a slide fastener slider with a locking device in which a plate spring with a locking pawl is mounted by pressing, and the configuration of a projecting piece to be provided on a slider body and the configuration of an engaging tongue piece to be provided in the plate spring are specified so as to enable the slider to maintain a stable state for a long period of time, which can be changed into various types.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a slider for slide fastener with a locking device which can make a locking pawl of a plate spring smoothly retract or advance into a slider body guide groove from a slider chain.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a slider for slide fastener with a locking device, wherein a hook-like projection is provided on the rear portion of the upper plate of the slider body, and a pawl hole is provided in the base thereof; a projecting piece or a through hole is provided in the front portion of the upper plate, and a contact portion is formed in the projecting piece or the through hole to be in contact with an engaging tongue piece of a plate spring; a groove provided in a front surface of a guide post of the slider body, an engaged portion to be engaged with an engaging member of the leaf spring being provided in the groove; the plate spring is in an inverted U-shape and includes a locking pawl at one end thereof and a drooping member at the other end thereof, the drooping member having an engaging portion to be engaged with the engaged portion in the groove; and the engaging tongue piece is provided in a central base piece of the plate spring and extends from the central base piece in a bent state.
With the above construction, a hooking hole is provided in the vicinity of the lock pawl and is freely and movably engaged with the projecting piece provided on the rear portion of the upper plate; the engaging portion provided on the drooping piece engages with the engaged portion in the groove; the engaging tongue piece of the plate spring is mounted on the upper plate so as to be always in sliding contact with the contact portion; and a pivot of a cam portion of a pull tab is provided between the rear projecting piece and the engaging tongue piece of the plate spring.
Therefore, since the leaf spring is not mounted on the slider body by crimping, the leaf spring can be mounted easily by simply pressing it against the slider body after the tab is placed on the slider body. Further, since the engaging tongue piece is always held in pressing contact with the contact surface, the plate spring can be kept in a stable state, whereby a smooth sliding operation of the slider can be ensured.
Preferably, the projecting piece is provided on the front portion of the upper plate of the slider body in the form of a hook, an engaging projection is provided projecting in the center of the tip of the projecting piece, and the tips of the projecting piece on both sides of the engaging projection are formed as the contact portion; a through hole is provided in the engaging tongue member, the engaging tongue member extending from the central base piece of the plate spring to be curved, the through hole being loosely engaged with the engaging projection, so that the surface of the engaging tongue member can be always brought into press contact with the contact portion in the protruding piece.
Therefore, the protruding piece can restrict the plate spring from being detached from the slider body, and the engaging tongue piece can be always kept in a stable state.
Preferably, the projecting piece is provided on a front portion of the upper plate of the slider body, and a tip of the projecting piece or a base of the projecting piece is formed as the contact portion, so that the engaging tongue piece provided in the leaf spring can be brought into press contact with the contact portion at all times.
It is also preferable that the through hole is provided in a front portion of the upper plate of the slider body, and a wall surface of the through hole is formed as the contact portion, so that the engaging tongue piece provided in the plate spring can be always brought into press contact with the contact portion.
It is also preferable that a surface or a front end of an engaging tongue piece provided in the leaf spring is always brought into press contact with the contact portion provided on the upper plate of the slider body.
Therefore, in combination with the various contact portions and the engaging tongue members, the engaging tongue member of the leaf spring can be brought into press-contact with the contact portion provided on the upper plate at all times and can be slid. Furthermore, the leaf spring can be mounted in a stable state by a simple pressing method. As a result, a slider for slide fastener with a locking device which can ensure easy operation and has excellent durability can be produced.
Preferably, the contact portion provided on the upper plate of the slider body is formed with a vertical plane at substantially right angle with respect to a top surface of the upper plate.
Therefore, in addition to the effect of the first aspect, the engaging tongue piece never rides on the contact portion, so that the engaging tongue piece can be smoothly moved, and the lock pawl can be retracted from or advanced into the chain element guide groove, thereby being held in a stable state for a long period of time. Therefore, the effect achieved by the present invention is remarkable.

Several preferred embodiments of the fastener slider having a locking device of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
The slider with a locking device of the present invention is a general type slider having a locking mechanism as shown in fig. 1 to 4, and the slider includes: a body 1, a plate spring 2 and a pull tab 3. These components can be manufactured by means of a sheet metal processing device.
The body 1 of the slider comprises: an upper plate 4, a lower plate 5 and a guide post 6 for connecting the upper wing plate 4 with the lower wing plate 5. The plate spring 2 is in the form of a plate with both ends bent. A base 7 is formed at the center of the plate spring 2, a locking pawl 8 is formed at one end thereof, and a hanging piece 9 is formed at the other end thereof. The tab 3 is provided at one end thereof with a pivot 10 to be rotatably mounted on the body 1, and a grip portion 11 is formed at the other end thereof.
Further, the body 1 has a protruding piece 12 protruding in a hook shape at the center on a front side or a shoulder side of the upper plate 4. The projecting piece 12 has an engaging projection 13 projecting at the center of the tip thereof so that a through hole 25 (to be described later) in an engaging tongue piece 24 of the plate spring 2 can be engaged with the projection 12. A contact portion 14 is formed on both distal ends of the projecting piece 12 on both sides of the engaging projection 13 so that it can be brought into contact with the engaging tongue piece 24. The contact portion 14 is formed on a vertical plane with respect to the upper surface of the upper plate 4, which intersects with an extension line of the contact portion 14 at right angles. A through hole 15 leading to the fastener stringer single guide groove 19 is provided in the base of the projecting piece 12, and bearing seats 16 are provided on both sides of the base of the projecting piece 12 so as to be able to support the plate spring 2 tilted forward.
A hook-like projecting piece 17 is provided at a rear portion of the upper plate 4 or at the center of the rear mouth side of the upper plate 4 so as to be inclined rearward. An engaging portion 18 is formed by bending a distal end of the projecting piece 17 so that a hooking hole 26 in the plate spring 2 can be freely and movably engaged with the projecting piece 17. A pawl hole 20 leading to a fastener stringer monomer guide groove 19 is provided near the base of the projecting piece 17. Furthermore, a groove 21 is provided in the front surface of the guide post 6, and an engaging portion 22 of a substantially right triangle shape, the lower portion of which is horizontal and the upper portion of which is inclined, is formed on both sides of the groove 21 so as to be engageable with an engaging portion 23 of the leaf spring 2. Also, the recess 21 may be a vertical hole passing vertically through the guide post 6 and having a concave shape as shown in the drawing.
The leaf spring 2 is substantially inverted U-shaped and has a locking pawl 8 on one end and a narrow depending tab 9 on the other end. The drooping piece 9 has the engaging portion 23 extending laterally to both sides thereof at the front end thereof, and the engaging portion 23 is engaged with the engaged portion 22 provided in the guide post 6. An opening 28 is provided in the central base 7 of the leaf spring 2, and the engaging tongue member 24 is provided so as to extend forward from an edge of the opening 28 in a downwardly bent state. A through hole 25 is formed in the center of the engaging tongue 24 so that the engaging projection 13 of the projecting piece 12 can be freely and movably engaged with the through hole 25. Further, the hooking hole 26, which allows the rear protrusion 17 to be freely and movably engaged, is formed in the plate spring 2 in the vicinity of the locking pawl 8, so that the upward movement of the locking pawl 8 can be restricted.
The tab 3 has a pivot 10 at one end thereof and a grip 11 at the other end thereof. A cam portion 27 is formed on the pivot 10 so as to project eccentrically toward a side opposite to the body 1 when the tab 3 is mounted on the body 1 and laid down, and has a cross section providing a rectangular shape extending in the lengthwise direction of the tab 3, and when the tab 3 is mounted on the body 1 and lifted, the plate spring 2 is lifted upward.
The assembly of the slider with the locking mechanism will be described below. First, the tab 3 is mounted on the upper plate 4 of the body 1 with the cam portion 27 provided on the pivot shaft 10 of the tab 3 accommodated between the front and rear protrusions 12 and 17 on the upper plate 4. Then, the plate spring 2 is placed on the tab 3, that is, as shown in fig. 5, the lock pawl 8 is inserted into the pawl hole 20 in the upper plate 4, and the projecting piece 17 is freely and movably engaged with the hooking hole 26, so that the mouth edge of the hooking hole 26 can be caught by the engaging portion 18 of the projecting piece 17.
The projecting piece 12 is inserted into the opening 28 provided in the front portion of the base piece 7 of the plate spring 2, and at the same time, the engaging tongue piece 24 of the plate spring 2 is inserted into the through hole 15 provided below the projecting piece 12, whereby the engaging projection 13 of the projecting piece 12 is engaged with the through hole 25 in the engaging tongue piece 24. Next, as shown in fig. 6, the side edge of the leaf spring 2 is placed on the support base 16 of the upper plate 4, so that one surface of the engaging tongue 24 is pressed against the contact portion 14 on the projecting piece 12.
Next, by pressing down the front end of the hanging piece 9 provided at the front end of the plate spring 2 by means of slopes on both sides of a groove 21 provided in the guide post 6 in the body 1 above the engaged portion 22, the engaging portion 23 can be engaged with the engaged portion 22 by means of the elasticity of the hanging piece 9, thus completing the assembling of the slider.
In the assembled slider mechanism having the locking mechanism, if the tab 3 is lifted as shown in fig. 7, the plate spring 2 is lifted up against its elasticity by the cam portion 27 of the tab 3, so that the locking pawl 8 is retracted from the chain-link-unit guide groove 19, whereby the slider can be freely slid. If the tab 3 falls down to its original position, the locking pawl 8 protrudes into the fastener stringer monomer guide groove 19 so as to be interposed between the two fastener stringer monomers, thereby locking the slider movement. If the tab 3 falls down toward the front of the body 1, the plate spring 2 can be lifted up by the eccentrically formed cam portion 27 and held in this state, whereby the slider can be freely slid forward.
A fastener slider having a locking device according to a second embodiment of the present invention will be described. The slider of the second embodiment differs from the slider of the first embodiment in that: the configuration of the contact portion 14 formed on the projecting piece 12 on the front portion of the body 1 and the configuration of the engaging tongue piece 24 formed in the leaf spring 2. That is, the projecting piece 12 is provided on the front portion of the upper plate 4 in the form of a hook, and the through hole 15 leading to the fastener stringer single guide groove 19 is formed in the base portion on the inner side of the projecting piece 12. Thus, a front vertical wall surface of the through hole 15 is formed as the contact portion 14. The engaging tongue 24 in the central base 7 of the leaf spring 2 is formed slightly inclined forward. Therefore, the surface of the front portion of the engaging tongue 24 is always pressed against the contact portion 14.
In the slide fastener slider with a locking device of the third embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 9, a hook-like projection 12 is provided on the front portion of the body 1 so as to be slightly inclined rearward, and a contact portion 14 is formed on a substantially vertical side of the base of the projection 12. The engaging tongue 24 is provided in the central base 7 of the leaf spring 2 so as to be slightly inclined forward. The front end of the engaging tongue 24 is horizontally bent so as to be able to be pressed against the contact portion 14 formed on the base portion of the projecting piece 12 at all times.
In the slide fastener slider with a locking device according to the fourth embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 10, a hook protrusion 12 is provided on the front portion of the body 1 so as to be slightly inclined backward, and the tip of the protruding piece 12 is horizontally bent. A perpendicular end surface at the tip of the projecting piece 12 is formed as the contact portion 14. The engaging tongue member 24 provided in the center base piece 7 of the leaf spring 2 is bent substantially at a right angle and the front end thereof is bent horizontally, so that the surface of the engaging tongue member 24 can be brought into sliding contact with the contact portion 14 formed on the distal end of the projecting piece 12 at all times.
In the slide fastener slider with a locking device of the fifth embodiment shown in fig. 11, a through hole 15 is formed in the upper plate 4, but the protruding piece 12 is not provided on the front portion of the body 1, and a front vertical face of the through hole 15 is formed as the contact portion 14. The engaging tongue member 24 provided in the center base 7 of the plate spring 2 is bent so as to be slightly inclined forward, so that the leading end thereof can always come into sliding contact with the contact portion 14 provided on the wall surface of the through hole 15. Meanwhile, since the slider of the present embodiment has no projecting piece 12 on the front portion of the upper plate 4, the cam portion 27 provided on the pivot shaft 10 of the tab 3 is placed between the rear projecting piece 17 and the engaging tongue piece 24.
