Abstract

Pillow-seat made out of urethane figure (1), with curves figure (2), (4) which lend it an orthopaedic shape. The shapeable urethane foam of which it is made, lends it flexibility, durability, and a perfect fit on the user's body. Due to its orthopaedic shape it contributes to proper posture supporting the user's spinal cord when seated and it is an ideal lumbar support that quells both aches caused by complaints of the lumbar verterbrae and back. Its dimensions and light weight result in the easiness of its transportation and placement upon any type of car, rest or work seat (figure 5). It offers comfort and proper sitting posture for the user, its cost is low and it can be used preventively and therapeutically to treat complaints related to the spinal cord of the human body, especially the lumbar verterbrae.
