Abstract
Περιορισμός επιπλέοντος ρυπαντικού πετρελαίου στη θαλάσσια επιφάνεια πετυχαίνεται με τον πλήρη ή μερικό εγκλωβισμό της πετρελαιοκηλίδας, αντίστοιχα της επιπλέουσας πηγής διαρροής, αντίστοιχα της προέκτασης στην επιφάνεια (5) υποθαλάσσιας διαρροής μέσω ενός επιπλέοντος φράγματος (6) δια του οποίου περιορίζεται η εξάπλωση και διευκολύνεται η ανάκτηση του πετρελαίου. Για να δημιουργήσουμε τέτοιο φράγμα με ευέλικτο τρόπο κατάλληλο για τις συνθήκες κάθε επεισοδίου ρύπανσης, δημιουργούμε παγόφραγμα επί τόπου δια της διαδοχικής εκκένωσης ψυχρού αερίου (παγωμένου, ίσως υγραερίου, περιλαμβανομένου παγωμένου αέρα) από προκαθορισμένο βάθος/θέση (8') κάτω από τη θαλάσσια επιφάνεια ενώ το σκάφος εκκένωσης ψυχρού αερίου ακολουθεί κυκλωτική διαδρομή γύρω από την πηγή ρύπανσης/ρυπανθείσα περιοχή (5). Κατά την άνοδό του από το βάθος/θέση εκκένωσης το ψυχραέριο απελευθερώνει πιότερο ή λιγότερο του ψυχρού περιεχομένου του στις άμεσα παρακείμενες θαλάσσιες μάζες για να τις παγώσει και να δημιουργήσει το ειπωμένο παγόφραγμα.ωRestriction of floating pollutant oil on the sea surface is achieved by the complete or partial entrapment of the oil slick, respectively of the floating source of leakage, respectively of the extension to the surface (5) of submarine leakage through a floating solution. of the oil.
