Abstract

Pharmaceutical composites containing a) cyclosporine as an active ingredient b) a fatty acid saccharite monoester, and c) a carrier or diluting agent. The ingredients in (c) are, usually, ethanol, one alkylene-glycol (e.g. 1,2-propylene glycol), one alkylene -polyol (e.g. glycerine), one polyalkylene-glycol (e.g. FEG), one alkylene-polyol-ether or ester (e.g. GELUCIR product), hyperfluid or hypofluid paraffin, an organic silicone oxide polymer, whereas ethanol is not such a preferred choice.
