Η παρούσα εφεύρεση αφορά το νέον φαρμακευτικώς αποδεκτόν μετά τρομεθαμίνης άλας του Ι-μεθυλ-β-οξο-α-(φαινυλοκαρβαμοϋλο)-2-πυρρολοπροπιονιτριλίου, φαρμακευτικάς συνθέσεις περιλαμβανούσας το εν λόγω άλας και μίαν μέθοδον θεραπευτικής αγωγής φλεγμονωδών και αρθριτικών καταστάσεων εις θηλαστικά δια χορηγήσεως του εν λόγω άλατος εις θηλαστικά έχοντα ανάγκην τοιαύτης αγωγής.ω
