Novelty: production of a product containing in the same package cured meat products, cheese and rusk. Purpose: to offer a handy finger-food package for a fast and healthy breakfast and snack. Production phases: shaping of the cured meat products in the production phase, encasing thereof in an artificial or natural intestine of Φ 8-15 mm, thermal treatment, cooling and cutting thereof into rods of 10 cm via a cutting device of specific construction; cutting of the cheese into cubes of 100x10x100mm in dimensions and further cutting of the same into rods of 10x10x100mm thereabout, via a specific cheese-cutting tool.
