Abstract

Στην παρούσα εφεύρεση παρουσιάστηκε μια καινούρια, σύντομη και βιομηχανικά εύχρηστη μέθοδος σύνθεσης του Όξινου-(2R,3R)-τρυγικού άλατος του (S)-3-[1-(διμεθυλαμινο)αιθυλο]φαινυλ-Ν-αιθυλο-Ν-μεθυλο-καρβαμιδικού εστέρα (Όξινη τρυγική ριβαστιγμίνη), κρυσταλλικής μορφής τύπου II, όπως και η χρήση του για την παρασκευή ενός πόσιμου διαλύματος με σύμπλοκα νερού, σταθεροποιημένο σε 40 mM κιτρικού ρυθμιστικού διαλύματος, για τη θεραπεία μορφών άνοιας τύπου Αλτσχάιμερ, Πάρκινσον και σοβαρών εξαρτήσεων από το κάπνισμα και τις ναρκωτικές ουσίες. Στην παρούσα εφεύρεση παρουσιάστηκε μια σταθεροποιημένη φαρμακευτική σύνθεση του πόσιμου διαλύματος της Όξινης τρυγικής ριβαστιγμίνης, σταθεροποιημένη σε ρυθμιστικό διάλυμα κιτρικού οξέος / κιτρικού νατρίου δυναμικότητας 40 mM με σύμπλοκα νερού χρήσιμη για τη θεραπεία μορφών άνοιας τύπου Αλτσχάιμερ, Πάρκινσον και σοβαρών εξαρτήσεων από το κάπνισμα και τις ναρκωτικές ουσίες.
