Abstract

Lock and key, where the lock has at least one cylinder lock barrel (1), which is pivoted in its housing (2) and on its inner end it is fitted with an outer radial groove (10) with the circlip inserted for the axial securing of the cylinder lock barrel (1) position in the lock housing (2). The shank (4) of the fiat key (7) for operating of this lock has notches for the seating and setting of the lock tumblers on one of its edges and at least one shaped notch on the opposite ridge edge. In the area between the outer radial groove (10) and the face of the cylinder lock barrel (1) the cylinder lock barrel (1) is equipped with another radial groove (9) for insertion of a ring segment of the stop element (3), secured in its position by at least one bent end, which is fixed in the cylinder lock barrel (1). This stop element (3) cooperates with a lock key (7), whose flat shank (4) has (on its opposite ridge edge) an upward open notch with virtually perpendicular stop plane (11), arranged towards the longitudinal axis of the key (7) and formed by the rear side of the notch, where the front side of this shaped notch opens obliquely towards the tip of the key (7) shank (4). In the functional position of the inserted key (7) the stop plane (11) of the key (7) shank (4) rests, for securing the required position of the closure on the bottom side of the key (7) against the tumblers and locking pins of the lock, against the stop element (3). Opposite the stop element (3) the lock body is equipped with a recess (14) with a shape and depth corresponding to the shape and thickness of the ring segment of the stop element (3). The flat shank (4) of the key (7) for operating of the above described lock has notches for the seating and setting of the lock tumblers on one of its edges and on its opposite ridge edge it has an upward open notch with virtually perpendicular stop plane (11), arranged towards the longitudinal axis of the key (7) and formed by the rear side of the notch, where the front side of this shaped notch opens obliquely towards the tip of the shank (4) of the key (7).
