Abstract

Η παρούσα ευρεσιτεχνία περιγράφει μία νέα μέθοδο βάση της οποίας δημιουργείται μία αμφίδρομη διαδικτυακή ενεργειακή μηχανή αναζήτησης και σύστημα λήψης αποφάσεων σχετιζόμενο με ενεργειακές τιμολογήσεις και πρακτικές. Είναι η βάση ενός διαδικτυακού ενεργειακού χρηματιστηρίου, όπου οι εκάστοτε απλοί χρήστες-καταναλωτές, έχοντας πρόσβαση στα ενεργειακά τους δεδομένα μέσω διαδικτυακής αποθήκης δεδομένων και συστήματος τηλεμέτρησης αλλά και στις μεταβλητές τιμές πώλησης ενέργειας από διάφορους εξωτερικούς παραγωγούς-προμηθευτές, προβλέπουν, αναλύουν και διαλέγουν κάθε φορά τον καλύτερο ενεργειακόπρομηθευτή τους. Παράλληλα οι προμηθευτές-παραγωγοίθα έχουν τη δυνατότητα μέσω του ιδίου portal να αναλύουν τα ενεργειακά δεδομένα των εκάστοτε καταναλωτών και να καθορίζουν βέλτιστες ενεργειακές πολιτικές και τιμολογιακές πρακτικές. Η εύρεση και λήψη απόφασης γίνεται αυτόματα, μέσω ειδικού portal και εξειδικευμένου πληροφοριακού συστήματος. Σκοπόςτης ευρεσιτεχνίας είναι να διαχειρίζεται, να αναλύει, να προβλέπει και να βελτιστοποιεί ενεργειακά φορτία και να καθορίζει τιμολογιακές πρακτικές απόσταθμούς παραγωγής, προμηθευτές ή ΑΠΕ, μέσω σύνθετων αλγορίθμων εύρεσης πληροφορίας, διαχείρισης και αναπαράστασης ενεργειακής γνώσης.
