Abstract

roduction design using a mould in a single production step of concentric complementary objects of any form, diameter and shape with the method of casting of plastic or aluminium where one object is contained into the other with goal, after the rotation of one object relative to the other, their fitting together and attachment.The application of the above methodology is suitable for the production of the front part of a round professional fitted lamp. The front part consists of the combination of two round rings where one is fitted and attached to the other, once they are rotated relative to each other by 37.5 degrees. The combination of the two rings is such so that the final objective is achieved and the aesthetics of the object improved.The advantages of this invention is the reduction of the fixed invenstment cost due to the special design of the mould and of production costs due to the reduced production time, the smaller press required for casting and the simultaneous processing of both objects.
