Abstract

Η παρούσα εφεύρεση αναφέρεται σε φαρμακευτικές συνθέσεις μετφορμίνης για από του στόματος χορήγηση, οι οποίες περιέχουν μετφορμίνη ή ένα φαρμακευτικά αποδεκτό παράγωγό της, κατά προτίμηση υδροχλωρική μετφορμίνη, οι οποίες είναι υπό τη μορφή α) αναβράαζόντων κοκκίων ή κόνεως, τα οποία κοκκία ή κόνις περιέχουν i) ισομαλτιτόλη ή/και ξυλιτόλη ή/και ii) ένα ή περισσότερα αμινοξέα, κατά ιδιαίτερη προτίμηση γλυκίνη είτε β) πόσιμου διαλύματος, το οποίο διάλυμα περιέχει ισομαλτιτόλη.
