Abstract

The invention relates to a paper food transporting container consisting of a paper base (Figure 1) having corners and a paper lid (Figure 2) with corners, which corners are mutually interconnected; the base has on both sides four paper protrusions ("ears" ) which are folded-turned outwards (Figure 1 no. 3) and characterized in that there are to the right and left of each of them two smaller protrusions ("ears") (Figure 1 no. 4) designed, in such a way, to receive and join the lid, which lid has four sides, two of which have two protrusions ("ears") (Figure 2 no. 11 and 5) which -compared to those of the base- are inversely designed ( Figure 1 no. 4) so that when the lid is placed on the base, the protrusions ("ears") of the base (Figure 1 no. 4) unite with the smaller protrusions ("ears") of the lid (Figure 2 no. 5), creating the desired "clasp" between the base and the lid.

Η παρούσα εφεύρεση αφορά ένα σκεύος χάρτινο μεταφοράς φαγητού, που αποτελείται από δύο διακριτά μέρη ήτοι: α) μια χάρτινη βάση (Σχήμα 1) και ένα χάρτινο καπάκι (Σχήμα 2), τα οποία κουμπώνουνθηλυκώνουν μεταξύ τους. Το καπάκι έχει στεγανό πάτο, κατάλληλο για μεταφορά φαγητού. Το καπάκι μπορεί να έχει άνοιγμ που καλύπτεται με πλαστικό φίλμ (Σχήμα 2 αρ. 6) ώστε να φαίνεται το περιεχόμενο του σκεύους ή να μην έχει άνοιγμα αλλά να είναι όλο χάρτινο ώστε να μην φαίνεται το περιεχόμενο. Η βάση είναι χάρτινη και κωνική (με γωνίες, όχι στρογγυλή) και το καπάκι είναι επίσης χάρτινο με γωνίες (όχι στρογγυλό). Η βάση αυτή έχει στις δύο από τις τέσσερις πλευρές δύο χάρτινες προεξοχές («αυτιά»)που προεξέχουν πριν κολληθεί η βάση (Σχήμα 1 αρ. 3 και 4). Οι προεξοχές αυτές («αυτιά») αποτελούνται από δύο κεντρικά φαρδιά τμήματα (Σχήμα 1 αρ.3) και δύο μικρά κοντότερα τμήματαμε ένα ειδικό κοπτικόστις δύο άκρες τους (Σχήμα 1 αρ. 4). Οι χάρτινες αυτές προεξοχές («αυτιά») (Σχήμα 1, αρ. 3 και 4) διπλώνονται προς τα έξω και επικολλώνται στην εξωτερική πλευρά της βάσης. Όμως, η επικόλληση στην εξωτερική πλευρά της βάσης γίνεται μόνο στο φαρδύ τμήμα της προεξοχής («αυτιού») (Σχήμα 1 αρ.3). Τα δύο άλλα μικρά τμήματα της προεξοχής («αυτιού») (Σχήμα 1 αρ. 4) παραμένουν ελεύθερα χωρίς να επικολλώνται. Κατόπιν, κολλιέται η βάση σε τέσσερα σημεία. Συγκεκριμένα, διπλώνονται οι τέσσερις πλευρές (Σχήμα 1 αρ. 15) προς το εσωτερικό της βάσης (Σχήμα 1 αρ.17) και γίνεται κόλληση σε τέσσερα σημεία. Αποτέλεσμα αυτού είναι ότι το ειδικό αυτό κοπτικό (Σχήμα 2 αρ.5) καθώς παραμένει χωρίς να κολληθεί, όταν στηθεί και τετραγωνιστεί το καπάκι ώστε να τοποθετηθεί στη βάση, «πετάγεται» προς το εσωτερικό του καπακιού σχηματίζοντας ένα «γαντζάκι».
