Abstract

Κρυστάλλινο διαχωριστικό προβολής προϊόντων, που αποτελείται από υαλοπίνακα (1) (2) ασφαλείας τρίπλεξ με συγκολλημένες επάνω του κρυστάλλινες λωρίδες (4) λοξοτομημένες, δηλαδή, τροχισμένες στην μία πλευρά κατά μήκος υπό γωνία και στην άλλη πλευρά τους ευθεία κατεργασία τροχίσματος κρατώντας ανάλογο διάκενο μεταξύ τους σχηματίζουμε υποδοχή για τα εξαρτήματα στήριξης προβολής αγαθών. Το πλεονέκτημα αυτής της εφεύρεσης είναι η ταυτόχρονη στήριξη των προϊόντων με μεταβλητή θέση και δυνατότητα εγκατάστασης διαφορετικών τύπων στηριγμάτων, όπως και η πλήρης διαφάνεια της κατασκευής μέσα στον χώρο χωρίς εμφανείς τρύπες ή άλλων στηριγμάτων για την προβολή των προϊόντων.

Description

 Κρυστάλλινο διαχωριστικό προβολής προϊόντων
 Η εφεύρεση αναφέρεται σε κρυστάλλινο διαχωριστικό πολλαπλών χρήσεων για την προβολή προϊόντων και αγαθών πάσης φύσεως. Αποτελείται από υαλοπίνακα ασφαλείας, σαν βάση και κρυστάλλινες κολλητές λωρίδες λοξοτομημένες. Διαχωριστικό προβολής προϊόντων μέχρι σήμερα χρησιμοποιούν για την στήριξη των εξαρτημάτων των ραφιών τρύπες επί του υαλοπίνακα ή μεταλλικές ράγες επιπρόσθετες ή εξαρτήματα κολλητά σε συγκεκριμένα στατικά σημεία.
 Επίσης παρεμφερή συστήματα χρησιμοποιούν ξύλινη επιφάνεια σαν βάση και ένθετο μεταλλικό εξάρτημα εντός του ξύλου για την στήριξη των στηριγμάτων προβολής αγαθών με αλλαγή θέσης αλλά χωρίς διαφάνεια λόγω του ότι η βάση είναι μη διαφανής.
 Πλεονεκτήματα αυτής της εφεύρεσης είναι η ταυτόχρονη στήριξη των προϊόντων με μεταβλητή θέση και δυνατότητα εγκατάστασης διάφορων τύπων στηριγμάτων, και η πλήρης διαφάνεια της κατασκευής εκατέρωθεν του χώρου χωρίς εμφανείς τρύπες ή άλλων μεταλλικών εξαρτημάτων για την συγκράτηση των στηριγμάτων ή ραφιών για την προβολή των προϊόντων.
 Επίσης λόγω του είδους συγκόλλησης των υαλοπινάκων που επιλέχθηκε με την μέθοδο τρίπλεξ και της μεταβλητής επιλογής των υαλοπινάκων το χωροσύστημα μπορεί να πάρει οποιαδήποτε υφή, χρώμα, διαφάνεια ή ημιδιαφάνεια, αντοχή και προστασία από UV, όπως επίσης οποιοδήποτε μέγεθος και γεωμετρικό σχήμα. Άλλο ένα πλεονέκτημα της εφεύρεσης είναι ότι μπορεί να κατασκευαστεί σε κομμάτια και να συναρμολογηθεί σε οποιασδήποτε διαστάσεις θέλουμε να καλύψουμε με την χωροκατασκευή στον χώρο για προβολή των προϊόντων αλλά και για τον διαχωρισμό του χώρου εάν χρειάζεται.
Το χωροσύστημα με την παρούσα εφεύρεση αποτελείται απο έναν υαλοπίνακα (1)(2) κατασκευασμένο με την μέθοδο τρίπλεξ δηλαδή ένθετων μεμβρανών πολυβινυλοβουτυράλης (3) ενός η περισσοτέρων κρυστάλων (4) τα οποία αφού συγκολληθούν πρεσάρονται και ψήνονται σε ειδικά διαμορφωμένους φούρνους ώστε να ενσωματωθούν, σε οποιοδήποτε πάχος,διαστάση και χρώμα της επιλογής μας. Το γυαλί τρίπλεξ (1) (2) αυτό αποτελεί την πλάτη της κατασκευής πάνω στην οποία θα συγκολληθούν κρυστάλλινες λωρίδες(4).Οι κρυστάλλινες αυτές λωρίδες πάχους, διαστάσεων, χρώματος και διαφάνειας της επιλογής μας έχουν υποστεί απο την μία πλευρά κατεργασία λοξοτόμησης δηλαδή τρόχισμα υπο γωνία, για την διαμόρφωση της κατάλληλης διαμήκης εγκοπής και απο την άλλη πλευρά ευθεία κατεργασία τροχίσματος.
 Στην συνέχεια οι λωρίδες (4) τοποθετούνται επάνω στην επιφάνεια του υαλοπίνακα (2) με μεμβράνη (3) όπως φαίνεται στο σχήμαι. και σχήμα 2.

Τέλος οι κρυστάλλινες λωρίδες (4) συγκολλ υαλοπίνακα (2) οπού αποτελεί την πλάτη τη Η λοξοτομημένη πλευρά της κάθε λωρίδας τροχισμένη πλευρά της επόμενης, η απόστ εξαρτάτε απο το εκάστοτε εξάρτημα συγκ ούνται με την μέθοδο τρίπλεξ πάνω στον ς κατασκευής.

Claims (3)

  1. ΑΞΙΩΣΕΙΣ
     ι. Κρυστάλλινο διαχωριστικό προβολής προϊόντων που αποτελείται απο έναν υαλοπίνακα (1) (2) ασφαλείας συγκολλημένο με την μέθοδο τρίπλεξ δύο η και περισσοτέρων κρυστάλλων, ο οποίος αποτελεί την πλάτη της κατασκευής, με κρυστάλλινες λωρίδες(4) συγκολλημένες επι της επιφάνειας του οι οποίες χαρακτηρίζονται απο την κατεργασία του τροχίσματος τους υπο γωνία στο μήκος της μίας πλευράς τους και απο την άλλη πλευρά κατα μήκος ευθεία κατεργασία τροχίσματος.
  2.  2.Το κρυστάλλινο διαχωριστικό προβολής προϊόντων σύμφωνα με την αξίωση I. Χαρακτηρίζεται απο το ότι η λοξοτομημένη πλευρά της κάθε λωρίδας (4) είναι αντικριστά με την ευθεία τροχισμένη πλευρά της επόμενης, η απόσταση που αφήνουμε μεταξύ δύο λωρίδων εξαρτάται απο το εκάστοτε εξάρτημα προϊόντων.
  3. 3.Το κρυστάλλινο διαχωριστικό προϊόντων σύμφωνα με την αξίωση II. χαρακτηρίζεται απο το ότι η εγκοπή που σχηματίζεται μεταξύ της λοξοτομημένης πλευράς της λωρίδας και της ευθείας πλευράς της άλλης λωρίδας με την επιφάνεια του υαλοπίνακα ασφαλείας δημιουργεί το ειδικό διάκενο στερέωσης των εξαρτημάτων στήριξης προβολής αγαθών.
