Abstract

Η εφεύρεση αναφέρεται σε μέθοδο κατασκευής τεχνητών δομικών υλικών από συμπιεσμένο ή μη και πλήρως σταθεροποιημένο υπόλειμμα/προϊόν, που παράγεται με την χρήση μεθόδων επεξεργασίας αστικών στερεών απορριμμάτων. Συγκεκριμένα πραγματοποιείται η τροφοδοσία των απορριμμάτων σε αλυσομεταφορέα τύπου redler, εξοπλισμένο με ενσωματωμένο σύστημα πρωτοβάθμιου τεμαχισμού, η είσοδος σε ειδικό διαλογέα 1ου διαχωρισμού υλικών, η είσοδος σε μονάδα ξήρανσης θερμού αέρα με προαιρετική έκθεση σε εκπομπή ακτινοβολίας UV, η είσοδος σε οριζόντιο τροφοδότη και διάταξη ξηρής κοσκίνησης (2ος διαχωρισμός αδρανών υλικών), η μηχανική αποικοδόμηση (ομογενοποίηση) λήψη σωματιδίων σε ινώδη μορφή, η θερμομόρφωση για την ελεγχόμενη τήξη του υλικού και η εισαγωγή σε μήτρα έγχυσης (καλούπι) και σε μονάδα τελικής μορφοποίησης-ψύξης. Τα δομικά υλικά μπορεί να έχουν την μορφή πλακιδίων τύπου Puzzle, τεχνητών ξυλόπλακων μεγάλων επιφανειών για πολλαπλές χρήσεις, ειδικών κατασκευών από τεχνητό ξύλο, όπως παλέτες, παγκάκια κάθε τύπου & διάστασης με πολλαπλές εφαρμογές και εξαιρετικές μηχανικές ιδιότητες.
