Abstract

Straight, inclined, individualized and potentially adjustable abutments and dental implant impression posts manufactured by a mass-production mould are disclosed herein. The individualized abutments aim at one 3-d individualized gums emergence profile of varying dimensions and inclinations, which profile is created around the platform of the implant and is said to respond the needs of any clinical case. The respective individualized implant impression posts allow the recording and transfer of the shaped gum emergence profile from the mouth to the working mould for achieving, to a nicety, the final implant prosthetic work; the results of the implantation therapy are improved by independent accessories adaptable to the above implant impression posts. The invented individualized abutments and implant impression posts can be converted into temporary abutments for supporting the prosthetic work and also be scanned with the aim to create a digital and/or digital impression working mould.
