Abstract

Novelty: system and method for the exercising and stretching of body muscles especially of the torso muscles via the user's body weight are disclosed. Exercising mode: the front and rear longitudinal levers (41) are actuated by the force synchronically applied by the feet and torso to the platforms (11) seated onto said levers which are able to rotate via the connections (59) and influence, via the member (48), the augmentation of the angle formed between said levers so that the central platform (10) can be vertically and upwardly displaced to lift up the median region of the body upon guidance of the hollow axles (45) vertically adhering on the respective hollow guides (56) so that the body's weight applied on the central longitudinal axle (42) is overcome; upon the decrease of the feet and torso force exerted on the platform (11) and thus the synchronical retraction of the user's body, the front and rear longitudinal levers (41) along with the Π-like platforms thereof are retracted while the centralhorizontal longitudinal axle (42), the platform (10) and the user's body are coming back to the initial exercising position.
