Abstract
The invention relates to the preparation of a sweet honey-flavoured foodstuff which can be added into condiments, separately consumed or eaten as a spoonful sweet dipped into cold water ("submarine" sweet). In the three preparation phases, the ingredients (water, isoglucose and sugar) are boiled and cooled up prior the addition of honey; the mixture is intensely and continuously mixed up with a blender until acquiring its solid form facilitating its packing. It is presented in two glucose-flavoured or honey-flavoured variants. The final product is an absolutely healthy product of high nutritional value.
