Abstract
Subject: Two-shaft hydraulically-moving rotary base for the placing of photovoltaic collectors. Constitution: a) it is composed either of a steady support column (1) made of square-shaped tube offering optimal firmness to the base mechanism or of a folding support column (19) offering extra enhanced protection against strong winds by lowering the gravity centre of the base mechanism and reducing itsresistance; b) a horizontally moving system with rack (14) and shaft (4) placed at the top of the support column (1 or 19) offering shock-free high-accuracy movements and minimization of the distortion hazard of the shaft; c) accessories interconnected either via screws or pins facilitating the mounting and dismounting of the base mechanism.
