Abstract

Η παρούσα εφεύρεση αποκαλύπτει μια υγρόμορφη παρεντερικής χορήγησης σύνθεση που αποτελείται από τραμαδόλη HCI και παρακεταμόλη και τη χρήση της στη θεραπεία μιας διαταραχής όπου απαιτείται μια επείγουσα θεραπεία με αναλγητικά φάρμακα. Η ενέσιμη αυτή μορφή είναι ιδιαίτερα χρήσιμη όταν απαιτείται ταχύτερη ανακούφιση και σε μικρότερο χρονικό διάστημα, ειδικά σε οξείες ή χρόνιες επώδυνες καταστάσεις. Η υγρόμορφη παρεντερική σύνθεση της παρούσας εφεύρεσης είναι σταθερή κατά την αποθήκευση σε θερμοκρασία περιβάλλοντος και σε θερμοκρασία ψυγείου.
