Abstract
Η παρούσα εφεύρεση περιγράφει χημική μέθοδο παρασκευής ενός λύματος διοξειδίου του τιτανίου με εισαγωγή φυσικών, υδατοδιαλυτών πολυμερών δεξτρίνης, ώστε να μπορεί με ευκολία και χαμηλό κόστος να προσαρμόζεται σε βιομηχανικά συστήματα εναπόθεσης υμενίων διοξειδίου του τιτανίου. Η εισαγωγή ενός υδατοδιαλυτού πολυμερούς δεξτρίνης εξασφαλίζει ένα "μοριακό" υπόστρωμα που αποτρέπει την ακατάσχετη υδρόλυση/συμπύκνωση του θειϊκού τιτανυλίου. Το τελευταίο χρησιμοποιείται σαν πηγή τετρασθενούς τιτανίου. Η σταθεροποίηση του λύματος λαμβάνει χώρα και με την προσθήκη τριαιθανολαμίνης. Το αποτέλεσμα της εφεύρεση είναι η δημιουργία ενός σταθερού λύματος νανοδομημένων σωματιδίων διοξειδίου του τιτανίου. Το λύμα αυτό χρησιμοποιείται για την τροποποίηση αδρανών επιφανειών, ώστε να αποκτήσουν αυτοκαθαριζόμενες αυτοαποστειρούμενες και αντιθαμβωτικές ιδιότητες. Η εφεύρεση είναι ιδιανική για βιομηχανική εφαρμογή αφού εξασφαλίζει απλότητα, χαμηλό κόστος, περιβαλλοντική πρόνοια, χαμηλή τοξικότητα και υψηλή τελική ποιότητα υμενίων διοξειδίου του τιτανίου.
