Abstract
παρούσα εφεύρεση προτείνει : μια νέα τάξη αντιυπερτασικών μορίων του γενικού τύπου (I), όπου R1 είναι Η, μεθολομάδα (CH3), ομάδες τύπου βένζυλο (Α), όπου n=0-4 και ο υποκαταστάτης Χ να είναιΗ ή να βρίσκεται σε όρθο ή μετά θέση και να είναι ΟΗ, μεθοξυομάδα (OCH3), κυανομάδα (CN), ή να βρίσκεται σε όρθο, μέτα ή πάρα θέση και να είναι καρβοξυλομάδα (COOH) καθώς και η ισοστερική της ομάδα του τετραζολίου (Β). Επίσης ο υποκαταστάτης Χ να βρίσκεται σε μέτα ή πάρα θέση και να είναι υποκατεστημένο οξικό οξύ (CH2COOH) ή 3-υποκατεστημένο προπιονικό οξύ (CH2CH2COOH). O R1 υποκαταστάτης μπορεί επίσης να είναι γουανιδινομάδα [NHC(=NH)NH2] ή μεθυλαμινομάδα (NHCH3) άμεσα συνδεδεμένες με το Ν της πυρρολιδινόνης ή μέσω μεθυλενομάδων [(CH2)nNHC(=NH)NH2, (CH2)nNHCH3 και n=1,2,3], R2 είναι Η, μεθυλομαδα (CH3), καρβοξυλομάδα (COOH), ομάδα Ν-υποκατεστημένου ιμιδαζολίου τύπου (Γ), όπου n=1,2,3, ή τύπου (Δ), R3 είναι Η, Ν-υποκατεστημένο ιμιδαζόλιο με τύπο (Γ), όπου n=1, ή τύπου (Δ), R4 είναι Η, υποκατεστημένες ομάδες τύπου βένζυλο (Α), όπου n=1 και ο υποκαταστάτης Χ μπορεί να είναι Η ή να βρίσκεται σε όρθο ή μέτα θέση και να είναι ΟΗ, μεθοξυομάδα (OCH3), κυανομάδα (CN), καρβοξυλομάδα (COOH) ήηισοστερική της ομάδα του τετραζολίου (Β). Επίσης η ομάδα R4 μπορεί να είναι Ν-υποκατεστημένο ιμιδαζόλιο (Γ), όπου n=1 ή υποκατεστημένο ιμιδαζόλιο τύπου (Δ), γουανιδινομάδα και μεθυλαμινομάδα άμεσα συνδεδεμένες με τον C του πενταμελούς δακτυλίου στη συγκεκριμένη θέση ή μέσω μεθυλενομάδων [(CH2)nNHC(=NH)NH2(CH2)nNHCH3 και n=1,2,3]. Τέλος η ομάδα R4 μπορεί να είναι της μορφής (Ε) όπου Χ να είναι υδροξύλιο ή μεθοξυομάδα (τύπος ΙΙ). ΰ
