Abstract

Τσιμεντότοιχος είναι ένα δομικό στοιχείο διαφόρων διαστάσεων, δημιουργούμενο σε καλούπια, που έχει τη δυνατότητα να συναρμολογείται (να θηλυκώνει) και να βιδώνεται με τους διπλανούς του, για την κατασκευή διαφόρων δομικών έργων (οικοδομές, σκάλες,κλπ). Αυτό επιτυγχάνεται γιατί ο τσιμεντότοιχος έχει τα εξής χαρακτηριστικά : α) Στις δύο συνεχόμενες πλαϊνές πλευρές του και κατά μήκος αυτών φέρει ανά μία προεξοχή, ενώ κατά μήκος των άλλων δύο πλευρών, ανά μία εσοχή ίσων διαστάσεων, όπως οι τάβλες του πατώματος, αλλά ελαφρώς κωνικές. β) Ανά ίσα διαστήματα, κατά μήκος της περιφέρειας και σε ορισμένη απόσταση από αυτήν, φέρει εγκάρσιες οπές στις οποίες είναι προσαρμοσμένα σωληνάκια από ισχυρό πλαστικό (όπως το "ούπα"). Ετσι, οι τσιμεντότοιχοι,αντί να χτίζονται (όπως τα γνωστά δομικά στοιχεία, τούβλα, κλπ), συναρμολογούνται και βιδώνονται μεταξύ τους, για την δημιουργία δομικών έργων. ΰ
