Abstract

Orthopaedic anatomic pillow with adjustable thickness and variable texture comprising main pillowcase, preferably with two openings at the side through which the insertion and removal of the pillowettes in and from the pillowcase are facilitated. The small pillows (pillowettes) which are placed in the pillowcase are filled with natural materials, such as wool, cotton, algae, cork, mat, or herbs. Also, the pillowettes may be filled with homogenous material, e.g. wool, of different density, as padding for each pillowette in order to achieve texture difference with the same material. The pillowettes can be easily opened so that the user may make any desirable changes to the pillowette padding and thus adjust the pillow to his/her absolute preferences.<IMAGE>
