Abstract
Στην εφεύρεση περιγράφεται η σύνθεση ανάλογων του ανταγωνιστή της βομβεσίνης, (D-Phe6, Leu-NHEt13, des-Met14)-Βομβεσίνης(6-14), στα οποία έχουν προσδεθεί παράγωγα του 1,4,8,11-τετρααζαενδεκανίου, ώστε να είναι δυνατή η επισήμανσή τους με τεχνήτιο -99mm με στόχο την εφαρμογή τους στην εντόπιση ΒΒΝ/GRP-θετικών νεοπλασμάτων στον άνθρωπο με την μέθοδο SPECT (single photon emission computed tomography).Επιπλέον, περιγράφεται η μέθοδος επισήμανσης των αναλόγων της (D-Phe6, Leu-NHEt13, des-Met14)-Βομβεσίνης(6-14) τροποποιημένων με παράγωγα του 1,4,8,11-τετρααζαενδεκανίου με τεχνήτιο-99m.Ακόμα η εφεύρεση περιλαμβάνει την ραδιοχημική αξιολόγηση των συμπλόκων του τεχνητίου-99m που προκύπτουν από τα παραπάνω στάδια: απόδοση επισήμανσης, αξιολόγηση λιποφιλικότητας και σταθερότητας in vitro.Τέλος στην εφεύρεση περιγράφεται αναλυτικά η προκλινική βιολογική αξιολόγηση των αναλόγων που προκύπτουν από τα παραπάνω στάδια :- σε κυτταρικές σειρές, οι οποίες υπερεκφράζουν τον BBN/GRPυποδοχέα - σε in vivo μοντέλα πειραματόζωωνκαι η μελέτη του μεταβολισμού τους.ΰ
