Abstract

Σταθερό φαρμακευτικό παρασκεύασμα ισοεξυλοναφθαζαρινών με πεντα-και τετρα-κυκλικά τριτερπένια, συστατικά φυτικών ελαιορητίνων και κόμμεων. Ενα σταθερό φαρμακευτικό παρασκεύασμα ενός παραγώγου ισοεξυλοναφθαζαρίνης το οποίο περιέχει ως δραστικά συστατικά ισοεξυλοναφθαζαρίνες ή/και εστερικά παράγωγα από τα αλκοολικά υδροξύλια της αλυσίδας του γενικού τύπου <*>με την προσθήκη πεντα- και τετρα- κυκλικών τριτερπενίων ή καλύτερα ενσωματούμενες σε τετηγμένες ελαιορητίνες και κόμμεα των ρητινοφόρων ειδών του γένους Pistacia. Οι ισοεξυλοναφθαζαρίνες και τα παράγωγά τους είναι χρήσιμα επουλωτικά φάρμακα, αλλά παρουσιάζουν ευαισθησία στη θερμότητα, στο οξυγόνο και κυρίως στο φως. Ενα σταθερό παρασκεύασμα ισοεξυλοναφθαζαρινών λαμβάνεται με διάλυση σε ελαιόλαδο και προσθήκη ελαιορητινών και κόμμεων πλούσιων σε πεντα- και τετρα- κυκλικά τριτερπένια με ευφανικό, ολεανικό, ουρσανικό, λανοστανικό, λουπανικό και δαμμαρανικό σκελετό.ΰ
