Abstract

Gasoline injection directly to the cylinder of a two-stroke gas engine by means of a mechanical or electronic injection system. Following the scavenging of the fumes by the fresh air in the crank case and the shutting of the outlet port (5) by the piston (4), the necessary quantity of gas for the combustion is injected in the engine cylinder. The gas is injected through an injector (6) located at the cylinder head (9). The suggested method provides for limitation of gas losses thanks to that the scavenging is carried out with fresh air which increases the performance and econoy in fuel.
