Abstract
Η εφεύρεση αναφέρεται σε Μέθοδο Ευθυγραμμίσεως Σύρματος κυκλικής διατομής, η οποία χαρακτηρίζεται από την διέλευση του σύρματος μέσω διαδοχικών κυκλικών οπών, δημιουργουμένων είτε επί συμπαγών σωμάτων (π.χ. πλακών) (σχήμα 1α, 1β), είτε από ζεύγη εφαπτομένων κατά γενέτειρα κυλινδρικών σωμάτων δυναμένων να λάβουν ανεξάρτητη κίνηση, όπου οι οπές σχηματίζονται δια της διανοίξεως αυλάκων ημικυκλικής διατομής κατά περιφέρεια κύκλου των κυλινδρικών σωμάτων, στο σημείο επαφής δε των δύο σωμάτων σχηματίζεται δια συμπράξεως των δύο αυλάκων η κυλινδρική οπή (σχήμα 2), όπου τα σώματα τα φέροντα τις οπές (πλάκες) είτε τα ζεύγη των κυλίνδρων τα σχηματίζοντα οπές κατά τα σημεία επαφής των, εκτελούν μεταφορική κυκλική κίνηση (σχήμα 1α) το επίπεδο της οποίας είναι κάθετο προς τον άξονα προώσεως του σύρματος με αποτέλεσμα την κυκλοειδή κάμψη του σύρματος κατά το εκάστοτε σημείο επαφής τούτου με την περιφέρεια της οπής, της προώσεως του σύρματος επιτυγχανομένης είτε από εξωτερική συσκευή για την περίπτωση των επί πλακών οπών, είτε δια της συντονισμένης περιστροφής των ζευγών των κυλίνδρων (δι' ανεξαρτήτου μηχανισμού), του σύρματος προωθουμένου δια των δυνάμεων τριβής αυτού επί των αυλάκων κατά την κυκλική μεταφορική κίνηση και κατά την φορά περιστροφής των κυλίνδρων. ωThe invention refers to a method of aligning a wire of circular cross-section, which is characterized by the passage of the wire through successive circular holes, created either on solid bodies (e.g. plates) (figure 1a, 1b), or by pairs of cylindrical bodies tangent at the origin capable of independent movement, where the holes are formed by opening semicircular grooves along the circumference of the cylindrical bodies, and at the contact point of the two bodies, the cylindrical hole is formed by the interaction of the two grooves (figure 2), where the bodies carrying the holes (plates) or the pairs of cylinders forming holes at their contact points, perform a circular circular motion (figure 1a) whose plane is perpendicular to the axis of wire advancement resulting in the cycloidal bending of the wire at each contact point of this with the circumference of the hole, the advance of the wire achieved either by an external device for the case of the holes on the plates, or by the coordinated rotation of the pairs of rollers (by an independent mechanism), of the wire pushed by its frictional forces on the grooves during the circular transport movement and in the direction of rotation of the rollers. oh
