Abstract
Επαγγελματικό πλυντήριο πιάτων, ποτηριών, σκευών με ενσωματωμένο ή χωρίς αυτόματο αποσκληρυντή νερού σε δύο τύπους. Χρησιμοποιεί τετράγωνη σταθερή μπασκέτα σκευών με περιστρεφόμενους εκτοξευτήρες πλύσεως χωρίς ακροφύσια σταθερούς εκτοξευτήρες ξεβγάλματος με ακροφύσια που διασκορπίζουν ομοιόμορφα το νερό στα σκεύη (σχέδιο 6), πόρτα που αποσυναρμολογείτα εύκολα με τρίπλευρη χειρολαβή και αγκίστρωση από δύο μπίλλιες πιεζόμενες από συμπαγές ελαστικό (σχέδιο 2), μπόιλερ κεκλιμένο, ορειχάλκινο, μικρής διαμέτρου, μεγάλου μήκους με μόνωση και εσωτερική σωλήνα εξαγωγής με οπή εξαέρωσης (σχέδιο 3), εμπρόσθια μετόπη που δημιουργεί λοξή σκοτία για τοποθέτηση στομίου, δοχείο στεγνωτικού (σχέδιο 10). Στον ενσωματωμένο αποκληρυντή νερού η αναγέννηση γίνεται αυτόματα χωρίς χειρισμό, στον κανονικό χρόνο της διαδικασίας λειτουργίας του πλυντηρίου όταν ζεσταίνει το νερό και μόνον όταν αλλάζουμε το νερό του κάδου και ελέγχεται από θερμοστάτη (σχέδιο 5,8). Χρησιμοποιείται για το πλύσιμο των σκευών μονάδων μαζικής εστίασης και από περιοχές με νερό μεγάλης σκληρότητας, με δυνατότητα ρύθμισης της αναλογίας αυτής.
