Abstract
Κατά μία μέ?οδο για την ανάκτηση εκμεταλλεύσιμου αερίου από απορρίμματα μέσω πυρολύσεως, γίνεται επεξεργασία των προ?ρυμματιζομένων απορριμμάτων σε χνούδια, κοκκώδεις ύλες ή βώλους και κατόπιν τούτα φέρονται σε ένα τύμπανο αποαεριώσεως 16 στο οποίο παράγεται αέριο αποστάξεως και τούτο διαχωρίζεται από τα υπόλοιπα υλικά. Το αέριο αποστάξεως αποσυντί?εται σε ένα μετατροπέα αερίου 19 σε καύσιμο αέριο, που κα?αρίζεται σε μία ακόλου?η εγκατάσταση πλυσίματος αερίου, (21-24 και 47,51) με ύδωρ πλυσίματος το οποίον οδηγείται σε ένα κύκλωμα (κυκλοφορίας). Από το κύκλωμα του ύδατος πλυσίματος της εγκαταστάσεως πλυσιματος αερίου αφαιρείται, για τον περιορισμό της συγκεντρώσεως σε βλαπτικές ύλες στο νερό του κυκλώματος, μια μερική ποσότητα και αυτή αντικα?ίστανται από νέο (φρέσκο) ύδωρ. Τα υπόλοιπα υλικά της πυρολύσεως που ?α αφαιρούνται από το τύμπανο αποστάξεως εξάγονται δια μέσου ενός λουτρού ύδατος 72. Στο λουτρό ύδατος 72 εισάγεται τουλάχιστον ένα μέρος της μερικής ποσότητας ρευστού η οποία αφαιρείται από το κύκλωμα ύδατος πλυσίματος της εγκαταστάσεως πλυσίματος αερίου 21-24. ωOne way to recover exploitable gas from waste by firing is to process the pre-crushed waste into fluff, granular matter or pellets and then bring it to a drum with a residual separating material of 16 and in which gas is produced. .
