Abstract

Αυτόματη ευθύγραμμη τυπωτική μηχανή μεταξοτυπίας με άπλωμα του χρώματος μέσω μαγνητικού μηχανισμού. Το υπ' όψη μηχάνημα ανήκει στην γενική κατηγορία των μηχανημάτων μεταξοτυπίας. Αποτελείται από 5 τραπέζια (1) (2) (3) (4) (5) συνδεδεμένα μεταξύ τους επάνω στα οποία βρίσκεται πλαίσιο (6) με 4 θέσεις εκτύπωσης και ειδικό σύστημα πρόσδεσης των τελλάρων εκτύπωσης. Το ανωτέρω πλαίσιο (6) ανεβοκατεβαίνει βοηθούμενο από 6 περιμετρικά τοποθετημένα έμβολα αέρος (8). Μέσα στα τελλάρα τοποθετούνται σιδηρομαγνητικές ράβδοι οι οποίες απλώνουν το χρώμα κινούμενες από την ηλεκτρομαγνητική έλξη που αναπτύσσουν κατάλληλοι ηλεκτρομαγνήτες (12) τοποθετημένοι κάτω από τα τραπέζια και επάνω σε ειδικό φορείο εξ αλουμινίου (9) κινούμενο με την βοήθεια παράλληλα τοποθετημένου εμβόλου αέρος (10). Τα προς εκτύπωση αντικείμενα μεταφέρονται στην θέση εκτύπωσης δηλ. κάτω από τα τελλάρα εκτύπωσης, με την βοήθεια πλαστικού ιμάντα ο οποίος μετακινείται μέσω συστήματος τυμπάνων κίνησης (13) επιστροφής (15). Την κίνηση- μετατόπιση του ιμάντα σε απόλυτα προκαθορισμένα σημεία, πράγμα απαραίτητο για την απόλυτη σύμπτωση των χρωμάτων κατά την εκτύπωση, αναλαμβάνει παλμογεννήτρια (23) κινούμενη παράλληλα με το τύμπανο κίνησης (13). Τους παραγώμενους παλμούς μετρά ηλεκτρονικός μετρητής παλμών διπλής προτοποθέτησης ο οποίος μέσω αυτοματισμού αφ' ενός καθορίζει την ταχύτητα κίνησης του ηλεκτροκινητήρα και του ιμάντα, αφ' ετέρου με το πέρας της προτοποθετημένης απόστασης διακόπτει την παροχή ρεύματος στον ηλεκτροκινητήρα (19) με αποτέλεσμα την ακαριαία διακοπή της κίνησής του και ως εκ τούτου και αυτής του ιμάντα. Το όλο σύστημα τέλος κινείται, ελέγχεται και ρυθμίζεται από ηλεκτρονικό υπολογιστή. ωAutomatic linear screen printing machine with color spreading through a magnetic mechanism. The machine in question belongs to the general category of screen printing machines. It consists of 5 tables (1) (2) (3) (4) (5) connected to each other on which there is a frame (6) with 4 printing positions and a special system for fastening the printing trays. The upper frame (6) goes up and down with the help of 6 air pistons (8) placed around the perimeter. Inside the racks are placed ferromagnetic rods which spread the paint moved by the electromagnetic attraction developed by appropriate electromagnets (12) placed under the tables and on a special aluminum stretcher (9) moved with the help of a parallel mounted air piston (10). The objects to be printed are transferred to the printing position, i.e. under the printing frames, with the help of a plastic belt which moves through a system of movement drums (13) and return (15). The movement-displacement of the belt to absolutely predetermined points, which is necessary for the absolute coincidence of colors during printing, is undertaken by a pulse generator (23) moving parallel to the movement drum (13). The produced pulses are measured by an electronic pulse counter with double preset which, through automation, on the one hand, determines the speed of movement of the electric motor and the belt, on the other hand, at the end of the pre-set distance, it cuts off the power supply to the electric motor (19), resulting in the instantaneous interruption of of its movement and therefore also of this belt. Finally, the whole system moves, is controlled and regulated by a computer. oh
