[Also in Division B8] A sleeve 1 of resilient material is a tight fit in the neck 2 of a liquid container 3 and carries a liquid absorbent pad 8, the pad 8 being accommodated above an apertured partition 7 of a sleeve insert having a projection 5 (or projections) which is snappingly received in the grooved interior of the sleeve 1 with the rim of a gauze fabric cover 9 for the pad 8 being clamped by the projection 5. The insert may have a cylindrical guiding extension 11 on the side of the partition 7 remote from the pad 8.
