985,458. Boxes. R. S. LANGFORD. Sept. 4, 1963 [Sept. 8, 1962], No. 34454/62. Heading B8P. A container having an inner portion b and an outer casing or frame a has the upper and lower corners of the inner portion connected by resilient bands extending diagonally to the outer casing. The bands are of vulcanized chloroprene rubber, silicon or butyl rubber. The bands may pass over swivelling pulleys at the corners of the outer casing and are tensioned by a clip or other adjustable fastening means a<SP>2</SP>. Additional cords extending longitudinally and transversely of the container may be provided. Specification 901,507, in which an inner member is supported in an outer member by looped bands of synthetic rubber, is referred to.
