945,188. Feeding sheets. MASCHINENFABRIK AUGSBURG-NURNBERG A.G. Sept. 8, 1961 [Sept. 9, 1960], No. 32401/61. Heading B6B. In a cylinder printing machine in which the sheets are transferred from a feed table to grippers on the cylinder or on a transfer drum by oscillated grippers carried on shaft 7, the shaft 7 is turned in the feed and return directions by pull rods 5, 8, respectively, actuated through roller levers 3, 4 by cams 1, 2 located on the same side of the machine. A spring 9 between rod 8 and shaft 7 so influences the linkage as to maintain the rollers in contact with their cams and to take up play. An adjustable return stop 13 is provided.
