Abstract

932,259. Fence supports. JONES, COTTON & CO. Ltd. May 16, 1962 [April 10, 1961], No. 12775/61. Class 45. [Also in Group XXV] Means for securing together adjacent sections of rectangular mesh comprise a channel shaped member 1 with inwardly curved marginal portions to engage the end vertical members 4 of the mesh, and a locking strip which is inserted into the channel shaped member between said vertical members and said marginal portions to retain said vertical members. The channel shaped member 1 may be notched as at 9 to accommodate the ends of horizontal members 5 of the mesh and a long locking strip 8 utilized to retain the vertical members of the mesh therein. Said securing means and sections of mesh may be utilized to form cages or pens for livestock.
