[Also in Group XXV] A cable clamp comprises at least three, preferably four, rectangular blocks 1 each with one corner cut away to form an arcuate channel 2 and having means, e.g. threaded bolts 6, to draw the blocks together to clamp a cable between them. The blocks may be of wood.
