Abstract

Pellets of polyisobutylene or butyl rubber have a surface coating of from 0,1 to 10% by weight of powdered polyethylene and/or isotactic polypropylene whereby the surface of the pellets is rendered less tacky. The pellets may be of particle size 1/8 inch to 1/4 inch diameter and the coating material of particle size from 30 to 500m .ALSO:Pellets of polyisobutylene or butyl rubber have a surface coating of from 0,1 to 10% of powdered polyethylene and/or isotactic polypropylene whereby the surface of the pellets is rendered less tacky. The pellets may be of particle size 1/8 inch to 1/4 inch diameter and the coating material of particle size from 30 to 500m .
