Abstract

The invention comprises compounds of the formula <FORM:0926686/IV(a)/1> where A, A1 and A11 are the same or different alkylene radicals and n is 1-6; and their preparation by the hydrolysis, e.g. with mineral acid or alkaline base, of the corresponding dinitriles. The dinitriles may be prepared by reacting the corresponding azanitriles with nitric acid.
