Abstract

A device for coating the interior of a pipe has at each end helical wiping ribs with grooves between them, the helices at the two ends being of opposite hands. As shown, a central body 2 having a hollow core to which coating material may be fed along a tube 18, and apertures 12 from which the material is ejected, is provided at each end with a <PICT:0911404/III/1> wiper in the form of an Archimedean screw made of neoprene. In use the whole device is rotated by means of the tube 18.
