Abstract

910,337. Cameras and cases. HEIDECKE, R., and FRANKE, H., [trading as FRANKE & HEIDECKE FABRIK PHOTOGR. PRAZISIONS-APPABATE]. April 24, 1959 [July 10, 1058], No. 14043/59. Class 98 (1). A camera and its case each comprise holders for a detachable strap and the case strap holders have means for engaging the strap holders of the camera. In the embodiments shown in Figs. 1, 3, the strap 6 is provided with jaws 7 which clip round pins 16 or 5 on the case 10 and camera 1 respectively after passing through apertures 15 or 3. In Fig. 3, a latch 23 in the case is spring urged into an aperture 4 in the camera strap holder to lock the camera in the case. The camera is released by depressing a knob 19 to which the lever is connected. In Fig. 1, a lever 25 is rotatable about a pin 24 and a lever attached to the other side of lever 25 is thereby movable in and out of aperture 4. Specification 838,710 is referred to.
