Abstract
A high-temperature oxidation resistant niobium alloy consists of the following composition by weight:- .Al.0,5 to 10%, .V.0,5 to 10%, .Ti.1 to 25%, .Cr.1 to 15%, .W and/or Ta.0 to 30%, one or more of Mn, Co, Ni, Fe, Zr and/or Hf ..0 to 10%, one or more of Ba, Si, Be, Y, and/or B rare earth metals 0 to 5%, Nb and impurities as balance of at least 30%.
