Abstract

A liquid proof liner of polystyrene, polyethylene, polyvinyl chloride or cellulose acetate is formed inside a bag or carton by heating the liner and sucking it into the bag or carton which acts as a mould. The liner may be blown into the bag or carton, or a plug conforming approximately to the internal shape of the bag or carton may deform the liner. Alternatively, the liner may be formed by drape moulding.
