889,657. Flue tube baffles. JORGENSEN, E. V. S., and JORGENSEN, S. C. S. Aug. 26, 1958, No. 27366/58. Class 51 (1). [Also in Groups XIII and XXVIII] A helical partition 3 is mounted within a boiler flue tube on a shaft 4 which by means of a handle 9 at one end thereof, may be rotated or reciprocated so that the partition 3 scrapes clean the inner surface of the tube 2. When the helix is only reciprocated the cross-section of the tube may be polygonal.
