876,553. Semi-conductor devices. JOHNSON, MATTHEY & CO. Ltd. Jan. 15, 1960 [Oct. 28, 1958], No. 34545/58. Class 37. A thermocouple intended for use in the presence of neutron radiation has both limbs made of a platinum-molybdenum alloy, the molybdenum content of one limb being greater than that of the other. The higher content should be between 3 and 6% and the lower 0.01 and 1%. Preferred values are 5 and 0.1%.
