Abstract

The invention is similar to that of Specification 869,119 but the substances treated are circulated in containers or pipes and subjected to a plurality of influences consisting of electromagnetic and electric fields and light produced by an electric current modulated in the manner described in Specification 869,119. Various apparatus are described for treating liquids and gases. Aerosols may be treated and added to a mass of liquid which is further treated by modulated fields or light. The liquid so treated may be added to other liquids to impart desired properties thereto.
