865,105. Foot operated air pumps. PNEUMATIC COMPONENTS Ltd. Jan. 26, 1960 [Jan. 30, 1959], No. 3395/59. Class 8(1). A foot pump with a reciprocating cylinder has a delivery valve comprising a disc 18 of nylon or polyethylene seating on a flat seat 20, surrounding the outlet port 32 of the pump cylinder and engaging a plug 22 to limit its lift. The plug.22 is screwed into the boss 16 and has an axial bore 29 communicating with a diametral slot 30.
