842,229. Anchor-nuts and bushes. BAXTERS (BOLTS, SCREWS & RIVETS) Ltd. Oct. 14, 1958 [Nov. 9, 1957; May 21, 1958], Nos. 34984/57 and 16268/58. Class 89(1). An anchor-nut or bush 1, Fig. 1, with a screwed or plain-bore 3, has a spigot of non- circular cross-section for engaging a complementary hole 6 in a workpiece, and is rivetedover to secure the nut &c. in the hole. The spigot consists of part-cylindrical wall-portions 4 having internal-surfaces parallel to the nut-axis. The flat-sides 5 of the spigot may be either continuous-with or inset-from the sides of the bush-body 1a, which may be cylindrical with or without one or more flats, or be shaped as shown in Figs. 9 and 10.
