Abstract

846,454. Shelving. STRINNING, N. E., and STRING DESIGN A.B. Feb. 5, 1959 [Feb. 8, 1958], No. 4075/59. Class 52(1) In a dismountable shelf unit with ladder-like side members 1 between which are supported shelves 5 by hook shaped clips 6 each side member bears on the floor with a single foot 2 and against the wall 3 with the rear upright which is formed of two wires 7 lying adjacent each other and between which side bars 8 are welded, one of the side members being secured to the wall by a screw 4. Foot 2 may also be secured to the floor by a screw and may be shod with a rubber pad. In a modification the uprights are of oval tubes.
