839,357. Weighing apparatus. ROAD MACHINES (DRAYTON) Ltd. April 2, 1958 [Jan. 7, 1957], No. 536/57. Class 143 In a concrete batcher such as that described in Specification 839,356 automatic cut off of the supply of the constituents to the weigh hopper is effected when slots X in each of a series of concentric discs 14a-d, which are rotatable with a shaft 11 in accordance with the weight in the weigh hopper and are each associated with one constituent, are aligned with associated bleed orifices 18a-d in a pneumatic control circuit which operates a pivoted cut off gate (Fig. 3, not shown), through a double acting hydraulic thruster. The discs are individually angularly adjustable on shaft 11 and are calibrated to facilitate this adjustment.
