Abstract
834,628. Magnetrons. ENGLISH ELECTRIC VALVE CO. Ltd. April 30, 1958 [March 31, 1958], No. 10302/58. Class 39(1). [Also in Group XL(b)] A multi-cavity magnetron is coupled to a rectangular waveguide 8 by a ring or disc 10 attached to alternate anode segments at the end of the anode block 1 and radiating an Eo1 wave within a circular waveguide section 11 which is inserted into a transition member 12. The dielectric window at the end of the waveguide 11 may be flat or domed as at 7a or 7b.
